Lors du dernier stage sur la gestion des émotions en autohypnose, mes stagiaires m'ont de mandé de leur parler de la technique des petits bonhommes allumettes.
Il s'agit d'une technique très simple qui permet de faire le deuil d'une personne, d'un événement, d'un objet ou de quoi que ce soit dont on désire couper les liens d'attachement.
La méthode est symbolique et diablement efficace !

Woah! I'm really loving the template/theme of this blog. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's tough to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and appearance.
